Crimson Cuppernell, DVM

I graduated from Ross University in 2020 after completing my clinical year at LSU. I was actually a licensed vet tech before going to vet school.

Why Emergency Medicine:
Emergency medicine is challenging and keeps you learning. Never knowing how your day is going to pan out is fun! You never will have two days be the same.

Get to know me

If I were a superhero, my superpower would be:
The ability to hear what animals are thinking.

What are you happiest doing when you’re not working:
Spending the day with my husband and 2 fur kids.

What has been the most rewarding part of your career/position?
Watching myself grow into a confident ER Doc in the short time since graduation thanks to the EET/NERD program with VEG.

The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is:
Dreams don’t work unless you do.
