Why Emergency Medicine:
I have always loved the fast- paced and unpredictable nature of Emergency medicine. I have also always felt like this was the area of veterinary medicine where I could help people and their pets when they needed it most.

Get to know me

If I were a superhero, my superpower would be:
Super speed, so I could help more people and pets at once.

What are you happiest doing when you’re not working:
Spending time with my family and exploring the mountains.  I am very excited to combine the two as my daughter continues to get older.

What has been the most rewarding part of your career/position?
The most rewarding aspect of being an emergency veterinarian is watching a patient walk out the door with their family after treatment for a life threatening condition.

The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is:
Do what makes you happy!
