Jason Dombrosky

Medical Director, VEG San Ramon

Education:
Western University of Health Sciences DVM – 2010

Why Emergency Medicine:
I fell in love with the fast pace action of emergency medicine during my internship in southern California.  I realized that I enjoyed the unknown of the evening and the variety of cases.

Most Memorable Case:
Each case brings about a new challenge, I try to remember a little from each and every success and failure.

Get to know me

What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?
Spending time with my wife (Dana) and 3 kids (McCall, Mattox, Maguire). If it happens to also involve watching hockey, that’s an added bonus.

What has been the most rewarding part of your career/position?
Getting a chance to help people when they need it most.

The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is:
There is something to learn from every person on the staff.
