Why Emergency Medicine:
Becoming a veterinarian was my dream from childhood. I have always loved animals and became interested in emergency and critical care when I had the opportunity to work for a big specialty and ER hospital in NYC during my undergraduate years. I find that practicing emergency medicine is immensely rewarding because I get to save lives, solve complex problems and support people during times of crisis.

Flying! I would love to be able to soar above the clouds and avoid rush-hour traffic :)
What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?
I love to spend my days off traveling, trying out new foods and spending quality time with my loved ones. I
What has been the most rewarding part of your career/position?
Nothing is more rewarding than watching pets improve and being able to go home to their families! I love being in a position where we can provide life-saving services and help people and their pets when they need it most.
The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is?
Never stop learning! I love learning new things and always take every opportunity to improve my knowledge base whenever I can, both in veterinary medicine and in life.
