As the Medical Director at VEG, your office is your ER, and your superpower is leadership. NURSING MANAGER
Credentialed veterinary nurses with 5+ years in a clinical nursing/technician role can take the next step in their career as a VEG Nursing Manager. Working closely with a Hospital Manager to create a rockstar team, Nursing Managers enjoy diversified responsibilities. A powerful combo of staff management, education and training support, and administrative tasks, this pivotal role forges partnerships with VEG leadership and hospital frontliners that inspire nursing excellence. The day (or night!) of a Nursing Manager can hold a variety of responsibilities: supervising the nursing team; interviewing and onboarding; managing performance; ensuring the delivery of next-level patient care; and reinforcing the VEG culture and core values. The perfect fit for a Nursing Manager is one who feeds off the energy of the hospital environment; takes responsibility seriously (but never themselves); is a people person as much as a pet lover; pivots easily when priorities shift; and can foster a fun, positive workplace.
