Changing Emergency for Good
VEG’s revolutionary concept began with one veterinarian’s determination to fix everything that was broken with the ER experience. Dr. David Bessler saw that it wasn’t working for people and their pets. Customers were left worrying in the lobby and then hit with surprise fees. Just as bad, employees weren’t supported. Along with a team, Dr. Bessler reimagined vet med for good. With Co-Founder and President David Glattstein, a strong VEG culture was born to support the new experience and company growth.
Customers see a doctor right away and the open floor plan lets them see and even participate in their pet’s care. VEG has seen immense growth, adding more hospitals every year. Customers return for the exceptional care and experience. VEGgies know that it’s this level of excellence, support, and relationships that makes them excited to help build the world’s veterinary emergency company.
