Veterinary Emergency Group’s standards of care rest on these principles: One, you will get to speak to an emergency vet immediately when you call; two, as soon as you and your pet arrive, we’ll take them into treatment before asking you to fill out any paperwork; three, we’ll sit on the floor with your pet to care for them if that’s where they’re most comfortable; and four, you can stay with your pet during their treatment if you choose.
