I had to bring my large breed dog to the ER in the middle of the night due to a paw injury. The service was impressively quick — we were triaged right away. All the vet techs were incredibly kind and gentle with my pup, which meant a lot during such a stressful moment. Van did an excellent job administering subcutaneous IV fluids and carefully cleaning my dog’s paw. Dr. Kimble was straightforward, efficient, and easy to work with, which helped ease our anxiety even more. As anyone who’s been to an emergency vet knows, these visits can get expensive fast. I really appreciated that the clinic was upfront about costs and provided a clear estimate before moving forward with treatment. They also gave us just enough medication to get through the day until we could follow up with our regular vet — something that helped both financially and logistically. This was a very stressful situation for our family, but knowing we could rely on this ER clinic brought us so much relief.
