Milo came in to VEG severely dehydrated with a tummy full of tampons and spent 3 days in the ER. He truly received the best care possible. Dr. Imma specifically was nothing short of a angel. I must have asked her and the other doctors on staff about a million questions and she took the time to answer each one thoughtfully and with a tremendous amount of patience and care. He ended up getting an endoscopy and they let me watch and ask questions as it happened. I came in crying and in distress and left so happy with a healthy dog. Im deeply grateful for their help.

I took my Scottie, Bud, (Merlin) in on Monday night following an onset of persistent vomiting. From the minute I walked in the door I was met by the vet and 4 vet techs who worked with him for the next 9 hours. The outcome was not what I hoped for, but I have never met a more dedicated, caring group of people. Dr K Kimble, Monica, and Tory were so supportive of me and Lucy as we sat by Bud’s bed. Monica was supposed to get off at 2 am but stayed behind to take care of my little boy. I went back at 9 am to pick up Bud’s little body and was met with Sarah and Ashley. They were so supportive and comforting about his diagnoses and care. Thank you so much! Lucy and I are sad and miss him a lot, but we know he had the best care possible in his last few hours. We can't recommend VEG Emergency Vet Clinic enough! Our two dogs were really sick with diarrhea and vomiting, and I was honestly nervous about going to an emergency vet. But from the moment we walked in, we were greeted right away by both a vet tech and a veterinarian, and they saw us immediately. I was shocked at how quickly we were attended to—our dogs don’t even get seen that fast at our regular vet! Dr. Watson and Dr. Kiefer were amazing. They were super knowledgeable, kind, and kept us informed every step of the way. They made sure we had all the info and advice needed to make the best decisions for our dogs. The whole team—every vet tech and veterinarian—was welcoming, kind, and genuinely cared about our pups. Even though emergency medicine can be a fast-paced and stressful job, you can tell they love what they do! Also, while emergency vet visits are usually very expensive, I felt VEG was very reasonably priced, especially considering the level of care our dogs received.
