It's a friendly place. Everyone who interacted with me, my cat was friendly and kind. Same with how they treated other pets their people around me. They had an unusual, open floor plan, and they invited me back to watch and interact with them while they worked on Gus. Something about that resonated with me. They took care of us in a timely manner, and to my estimation, competently. I was happy about every aspect of our exchange. I'm happy to recommend them to others. 🙂

I can't express enough how impressed I was with my experience at VEG. Being able to stay with Tucker whenever I wanted and avoiding the stress of him being whisked away to a back room was a huge comfort for both of us. The hours I spent there, comforting my sweet Pekingese on a cozy couch while he cuddled against me, gave me a unique chance to witness the exceptional care provided by the VEG staff. Their thoroughness and compassion were truly remarkable. Tucker's vitals were checked every two hours, and the team lavished him with love and attention. Watching their interactions in the open space—where everything from case reviews to patient care happened transparently—gave me immense trust in their abilities. I left with a deep appreciation for the warm, capable team at VEG. That said, one area for improvement would be proactive communication about at-home care options. Veterinary care, especially in an ER setting, is undeniably expensive, and it's heartbreaking to see pet owners torn between financial strain and their pet's well-being. During my visit, I overheard another owner asking if she could manage wound care at home, only to learn that it was indeed a safe option—though she had to inquire herself. It made me realize how important it is for pet parents to advocate for both their furry friends and their wallets. Many pets would likely prefer to recover at home, surrounded by love, if it's a viable alternative. Clearer guidance on these options would not only alleviate financial stress but also foster even greater trust with VEG. Overall, my experience was overwhelmingly positive, and I’m grateful for the care Tucker received. I hope this feedback helps VEG continue to deliver outstanding care while considering the needs of their clients and their beloved pets.

Expensive! but its emergency visit with tons of tests for my senior boy who can't pass pee. They give you estimation for tests or treatment and you can decide what to do.they treat you and your fur baby like VIP. They make sure involved you in everything. Open concept and huge place with lots of dedicated staffs working after hours. I was there over 4 hours been offered to get some tea, coffee and snacks from few different staffs. You can see they give treatments to othe pets. They were extremely patient and kind to them.very impressive! I think they deserve 5 star from me.
