I cannot say enough good things about VEG. I brought my young dog, Jaxx here after going to two other clinics earlier that day. From the first moment I spoke with VEG on the phone, I knew we were in good hands. Every single one of the staff members was top notch! I absolutely loved that I could to be a part of my dog's care and stay with him the entire time. Dr. Hannah was incredible. She took time to explain everything, was confident in her assessments and a great listener. I was blown away with the level of care we received and I will be recommending VEG to everyone I know. I am hopeful I won't need to be back anytime soon, but I am confident we will be receiving excellent care if we do need to go again. Thank you all for helping us through such a scary time. Incredibly grateful!

Words cannot describe the level of care and compassion we received while our cat was in VEG’s hands. During a scary period of time, they did their best to ease our concerns and were patient and understanding with any questions we had. Each member of the staff was wonderful and so warm. Could not recommend enough.

My Great Dane is alive because of the experienced, attentive, and knowledgeable staff who work here. We brought him in during the middle of the night because he unfortunately bloated/stomach flipped as is common with Great Danes, and I am so grateful to the surgical team for saving our boy. This ER is truly a one of a kind place- I was able to be there for every step of the process even intubating him and the staff explained what they were doing as they did it and why they were doing it. I felt like I was a partner in Kevin’s care and anytime I stepped out of our little suite (yes! They have little rooms with couches you can stay the night on and be with your baby through the night if you’d like) someone immediately would ask if everything is ok or if Kevin needs anything. The team here treated our boy like he was one of their own. I will hopefully never need to come back, but I’ll never take our animals anywhere else after this experience- you don’t need to wait anxiously in a waiting room hoping for a crumb of information about your pet if you come here, it’s open concept and you’ll know because you’re with your baby!! A heart felt thank you to every person who cared for Kevin, I will truly never forget your compassion during a truly traumatic time for us.
