This place is beyond amazing. The open concept is a much-needed change in vet medicine. My dog was not nervous considering she is a nervous dog, and the team all cared about my pet and me. Genuinely cared. I loved being able to see the operation going on, but I am a science nerd. Can't say enough good things about this hospital. I will never go to another hospital unless the travel time puts my animal at risk. Innovative, caring, fast and no higher than the normal fees of an ER. ( actually less with my Sr. Discount)

Last week my dog Jody was having a medical emergency and I rushed him here. I called this ER while I was on the highway to ask if someone could help me get him out of the car when I arrived because he couldn’t walk (he was a very big boy). The person that answered the phone was so sweet, and assured me that they would be ready with plenty of help and told me to just focus on getting there safely. I was an emotional wreck and he genuinely helped me gain my composure in that moment. When I pulled up and hopped out of my car, there were at least 10 employees waiting for me in the lobby - they all ran to my car to help me with a gurney, stethoscopes, everything. Unfortunately, Jody did pass away in the car before I could make it there - but I know for a FACT that they would have done their absolute best to help him if something could have been I was a mess and this team comforted me, hugged me, helped me to calm down and brought me to a peaceful room. They allowed me to say goodbye to him, and without that moment I don’t know what I would have done. I’ve never received this kind of genuine kindness, sense of urgency and compassion from a vet clinic. I wish I had a chance to get everyone’s name that was there that day, but I’m so grateful that they were the ones to help me. Truly one of the hardest days of my life and somehow they gave me some peace of mind.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care we received at the Veterinary Emergency Group during a very difficult time. We rushed in at 4 am with our dog, who suddenly became gravely ill. The team worked tirelessly to save her, showing unwavering dedication and professionalism throughout the entire process. Although we ultimately lost our beloved Poppy, their compassionate support helped us navigate our grief. I highly recommend this team for their exceptional care and empathy during such heart-wrenching moments.
