I am more than pleased with the services provided by the entire staff. I brought my cat in due to urinary issues. After performing an x-ray, an ultrasound, and a collecting a urine sample, I was pleased to hear that my baby did not have any kind of obstruction. I was given two medications for her care and I have noticed a change in her overall behavior. She has been more playful and seems to have more energy, but still isn’t able to pass much urine. However, I am confident the medications will help within the next few days. I genuinely appreciate the staff and services provided. I highly recommend this facility in the event of an emergency. Thank you all SO MUCH for taking care of my sweet baby. ❤️

I brought my dog in for increased water intake and struggles breathing. We were checked in immediately and I appreciated they grabbed only the necessary information to start and waited until after he was seen to get more information like my email and address. I surprisingly liked the open layout of the care area. It felt like we were never forgotten and even if they weren’t actively examining my pet because they were waiting on test results, they would acknowledge us. The receptionist offered me a beverage when we first sat down and came to check on me a little while later, offering again. The vet gave me constant updates and I really appreciated that all details of the visit were sent over to my primary vet so they were up to speed for my follow up appointment. The prices were a little high (X-rays 2x my normal vet, fluids 2x my normal vet) but the care was great. Their blood testing equipment was also able to test for more things than my primary vet. I also really appreciated they gave me a care option other than hospitalizing my dog overnight. No one wants their pet to need an emergency vet visit but if they do need one, I highly recommend VEG.

I'm not even sure where to begin. Just talking about the staff here makes me want to cry. My dog developed an obstruction, they took it so seriously, took amazing care of her and treated her so well. I've been sitting with my dog in a kennel and they wanted to see if she would go outside and pee. She just got out of surgery like 2 hours ago and is already feeling drastically better, even though she's still a little drunk. :) While outside with my puppers, her staff changed her bedding and created a bed for me in her kennel, pillow and all, so I could lay with my dog while she was recovering. They are not the cheapest place, but they actually told me that on the phone when I came to bring her in. They've been upfront about the costs the entire time, no surprises, they've communicated extremely well the entire time! They've loved on my girl, they've made sure she is doing well, checked on her and I continuously, and overall just been amazing. When I asked my vet where would you take your dog, she told me VEG. She was right, the experience has been top notch! Thank you to the staff of VEG who saved the life of my sweet girl. Nova and I are truly grateful!
