I've had dogs my whole life and never like to go to the vet for obvious reasons. I haven't had the most pleasurable experiences. We've tried most of the vets locally and had negative experiences. We got a new pup around last Thanksgiving and one of our other dogs unfortunately bit the pup guarding his food. The pup was so small and frail. She was shaking for a long time and couldn't stand up. It was almost midnight and we rushed over to VEG. We were immediately brought into the back. The staff was amazingly compassionate and handled the situation with the utmost professionalism. They did a few checks and fed the pup some food. Much to our relief she perked up and appeared to be fine. We were given options for different medications and treatments of the wounds. There was no pressure to follow through with any of the treatments. My experiences with other vets has always been high pressure to follow their treatments. Overall a great experience! Whenever we need vet services in the future we're definitely coming back.

This is a 5 STAR emergency vet clinic. The staff is kind, caring and friendly. The care was efficient and effective. The open concept of the treatment area is really cool! It made me feel less anxious not being isolated to a small exam room. I knew what was happening the entire visit and was a part of the care team. I highly recommend this group of providers for emergency veterinary services.

Great place to bring your pet for emergency procedures. My car was bit by another animal and needed his would flushed and cared for. The entire staff was friendly and open. I was able to stay with my cat the entire time and see everything that was fine. The vet and technicians shared everything they were doing and explained what to look for, and expect, when we got home. Here's my baby coming out of sedation.
