Buckle up because this is about to be a long one. First off if you’re looking for pet questions or advice. Call this place. If your pet isn’t feeling well and needs care. Look no further. We spent a lot of time over the last few days with our cat Will trying to figure out why he wouldn’t poop. It was late nights and a lot of stress but the people at VEG care so much and work so hard to make sure your pet gets what it needs in an emergency. My guy loves to explore and doesn’t like to be caged so they let me sit with him in the cat room with him and let him out so he could sit in my lap. I constantly felt informed with Wills care and even called a few times as a concerned pet parent. They were always patient with me and took the time to explain every step. All of the staff is so so amazing. I don’t remember everyone’s name but shout out to Elaina, Hailey, Lisa, and Madelyn. You were all so helpful and sweet. Although I hope nothing like this happens again, I now know I have a place to bring my pets in an emergency. Thank you will never be enough for the time and care you all took with will.

Called with anxiety about my cat and was answered immediately by Ashley. I had given my cat her prescription of gabapentin and was having anxious thoughts that she might have a bad reaction and Ashley completely reassured me and provided me with information quickly. So amazing to be able to call and speak to a human right away if you’re anxious about your beloved pet. Thank you again, Ashley — you are amazing!

I recently brought my 1-year-old cat to VEG, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional care we received especially Nicky. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel comfortable and at ease, My 1 year old cat was diagnosed with FIP. However, the vet had a knowledge and compassionate approach. Nicky took the time to thoroughly explain the diagnosis, providing me with a clear understanding of the condition and the treatment options available. The team answered all of my questions with patience and kindness, making sure I felt supported and informed every step of the way. It’s rare to find a team that not only demonstrates incredible expertise but also truly cares about both the patient and their owner.
