I had many hours there to observe the staff’s professionalism and competence this past Sunday starting in the early morning hours. In particular, Dr. Fuentes showed she genuinely cared about my and my dog’s well-being. You are provided a care-plan to accept and pay for in advance of treatment. There is definitely sticker shock but what can you do in an emergency.

This place was absolutely amazing. I’ve never seen a better group of veterinarians. They were so attentive and helpful. They explained every single thing we had questions about. They did an amazing job with the c-section and birth of a 12 puppy litter. One of the puppies almost didn’t make it, but they did not give up and resuscitated her. The group was so thorough and dedicated to helping and ensuring that everything went well. Some of them stayed well beyond their shift time and others came and clocked in just to help with the procedure. Phenomenal service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Where do I even begin... i am absolutely GRATEFUL i found this place. After many vets ignoring my puppy's symptoms, this was the only place that was able to figure out what he had and treated him promptly. My puppy had an addisonian crisis (we just found out he has Addisons disease) and was on his death bed when I brought him. Dr. Storey is an AMAZING veterinarian and very personable doctor who really cares. I really wish we could have a vet like her near our area. We drove 35 mins out because all of our local vet ERs were giving us 6 hour wait times and our dog could've died while waiting but Dr. Storey was so helpful from the moment I called her to the moment my sweet puppy was discharged. Dr. Storey- if you're reading this THANK YOU!! Shout out to her wonderful team of techs and receptionist for being so kind to Marcelo! This place is worth the trip and they provide excellent care for your pet!!! Before (during crisis) and after (4 day post discharge) pics of our puppy.
