Everyone took amazing care of our rescue dogs when we brought them here. We felt like they went above and beyond, and not only explained to us everything about their health and medical care, but that they were also very kind and caring. Sarah was incredible! We are so particular about who takes care of our animals that we would highly recommend this location to bring any animal in need of medical services.

I couldn't have had a better experience during my time of anguish and concern for my dog. I recommend this place and its entire team to everyone I worked with during Milton's recovery. I am so grateful to Dr. Kagan, Dr. Bartolic, Sarah, Mitch, and Marielyz. Each of them made sure my stay during Milton's recovery was comfortable, and they always gave me the highest level of care in their time, their professionalism, love for my baby, and peace of mind when I needed it most. I have absolutely nothing that isn't exceptionally positive about this place. Once again, thank you so much for your help and attention. I will always be grateful, because when you are going through times of anguish with your pet, what you look for most is support, understanding, affection, and excellent treatment, and I received all of that and more from the professionals who work here. I recommend it to anyone with a pet who is experiencing an emergency. Having the right to be with your pet during any process, being able to consult at any time with any of the doctors or nurses who are available 24/7, is priceless. I don’t have enough words to express my gratitude for the care my pup received at this place. Dr. Garcia, Dr. Sanmarti, Dr. Coleman, and all of the staff here are beyond amazing at everything they do. My pup has had a weird case - and we’re still trying to figure out what exactly is going on. And the attention they have given him as to making sure he’s comfortable, running necessary tests, following up even when I wasn’t in the ER anymore - I truly want to give this place the recognition they deserve. Also bonus points for them letting you stay here with your baby. I know mine has severe anxiety and doesn’t like being away from home and his family so I’m extremely grateful I was able to be with him while he received care. Truly thank you to everyone here for everything! Tech, nurses, doctors - you are all amazing and I highly recommend every single one of you! If your furry ones are ever in need of emergency care, this is hands down the BEST place to bring them 🐾
