I truly cannot thank VEG ER for Pets enough for the care and urgency they showed when my dog, Maggie, arrived at their facility. She had just been picked up by a transporter from a breeder and was only in their care for a few hours before they realized something was seriously wrong. Maggie was in devastating condition due to neglect, and the transporter rushed her straight to VEG when she noticed something was wrong. The moment Maggie arrived, the team at VEG didn't hesitate -- they acted immediately. There were no delays, no unnecessary questions - just pure compassion and decisive action. It was clear from the start that their priority was her survival. They treated Maggie like she mattered, like her life was worth fighting for - and that meant everything. Throughout her stay, the VEG team kept me constantly updated on Maggie's condition. They were incredibly communicative, sending regular updates and even photos of her while she was hospitalized. Being far away and unable to be with her, those updates brought so much comfort and showed how much they truly cared -- not just for the animals, but for the people who love them too. To all the veterinarians who were on Maggie's case, and to the incredible veterinary technicians who cared for her during her most critical hours -- thank you. Your quick thinking, skill, and kindness quite literally saved her life. Without you, Maggie wouldn't be here today. I'm forever grateful to the entire team at VEG ER for Pets. I had to take my sweet baby Cora here because she was having trouble breathing. They immediately checked her out and put her in the oxygen tank to help ease her breathing. The doctor and staff were both friendly and compassionate as I had a tough decision to make for my girl. They were private as they told me the costs and were able to work within my budget and while I was not able to leave with my baby girl alive they made us feel comfortable and gave me a safe space to grieve. I am forever thankful for the compassion this team showed me on this day and the care Cora received in her final moments.
