I’ve been here twice and am so grateful for the care and empathy of the team here. In the less severe incident that brought me here, Jackie was able to inject just the right amount of humor in the situation that eased nerves and made me feel all would be okay. They are very transparent about pricing and what options would cost vs. their likelihood of success, and I felt full autonomy over my decisions without judgment or coercion. The second time I was here, the whole team did everything they could to save my kitty’s life and when they couldn’t, they were so sensitive to our grief and shock. Little touches like warm and dim lighting in the room to say goodbye to our kitty made such a huge difference during a traumatic time. I hope no one has to go through that here, but in any case you’ll be met with a thoughtful and compassionate team who really gets it.

The team at veterinarian emergency group was amazing. I immediately was taken into a private room where they examined my pet and gave me the best care option. Although the process is very long, Dr: Hartson was patient and thorough. She worked with me to ensure my dog’s health was first priority.

I had to bring my 74 lb lab mix in after he ate way too many glucosamine treats. We were greeted by the entire staff right away. We worked with Dr. Hartson and Dr. Yeepun - they and the rest of the folks made me and my dog feel very comfortable during a very stressful time. If your dog might have poisoning it’s good to call the ASPCA in advance and have the case ID handy - the vets got on the phone with them right away. It might feel a little jarring to be in the hospital for the first as you’re in the triage area but overall it’s actually very helpful to see the staff in action. While there, a difficult pet situation came in and I really appreciated seeing Dr. Yeepun’s compassion in action. While I hope we never have to come here again - it’s for emergencies after all! - I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my dog back here. Kudos to the whole staff and yes my big guy is fine! Day 1 and Day 2 - a huge difference
