Jared was my first point of contact on the phone and once I arrived at your location. He was holding the door open as he could see I had a dog that was hesitant and apprehensive about walking into a place she didn’t know or trust. Throughout my visit he kept me informed, related to my anxiety and conveyed empathy in a way that most highly skilled, trained, educated, professional and older adults never get to in life. Not go say he wasn’t any of those things, I guess the only one I know for sure is he wasn’t older. Let me try again, Jared had the empathy, professionalism and kindness of someone much older. His compassion set the tone of my visit which only seemed to get better. Jacob was the nurse or assistant and he was able to answer and anticipate all of my questions and concerns while making sure I understood that the doctor would be handling actual medical questions. Lastly Doctor Kevin Lee exceeded my expectations. I expected a sales pitch and pressure to spend a lot of money to determine what was wrong with my dog, Sugar. This my first emergency room visit as I have a regular vet that I know and trust. Dr. Lee made me feel that he was my regular veterinarian during my visit and addressed all of questions in such a way that I could make the best decisions for me and my pet. I never expected to feel good while I was suffering along with my pet but I left with the confidence that both Sugar and I were taken care of. While I hope to never have to return to an emergency room veterinary hospital I could not have picked a better place.

The second that you walk into the building, the staff members waste no time getting your fur baby in that door & getting to work. It's fantastic that they urge you to stay with your pet & It helps put your pet at ease during a confusing time for them. The building is extremely open , w/stations in which you are welcome to go to as well with your pet and be there for them through it all . It is brilliant. There are all sorts of dif areas to hang ! There are even comfy couches with blankets and pillows ( we hung out there while our dog was getting her I.V ) . They even have different drinks to choose to from and it is EXTREMELY clean! The entire staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Kevin Lee saved our babys life today . Dr Lee was so caring and patient with us. He was non judgmental, and very kind. He explained everything really well and we completely trusted him. As for the price.... Well, lol to figure out what was wrong with our dog , there were a lot of tests. Plus You have to remember that this is a veterinary emergency room animal hospital , not your day to day vet clinic for visits . Our normal vet was slammed today but, I can honestly say, it was worth every penny AND! Our pup is home , healthy, and happy!

Highly recommend! The emergency team here was fantastic. The warm and attentiveness they provide is incredible. The atmosphere that Dr. Allen and the entire Veterinary team provided us was second to none. They made both my pet and my family feel comfortable with less stress while providing quick and informative care.
