I had to bring my cat to Veterinary Emergency Group right before Christmas Eve due to a concerning urination problem, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff was absolutely lovely, knowledgeable, and incredibly understanding. They quickly got to work and helped knock out a couple of potential factors causing my cat's issue, which brought me so much relief. Despite it being such a busy time of year, the team was energetic and attentive, making me feel like my cat's care was their top priority. I’m so grateful for their help and compassion. Highly recommend VEG for anyone needing emergency care for their pets! Thank you Doc & Nurses~

I cannot thank the team at the Veterinary Emergency Group enough for their outstanding care and compassion during such a challenging time with my dog. From the moment we arrived, the staff and vet team were incredibly kind and attentive. Dr. Blutinger took the time to walk me through every option for my dog’s health, providing reassurance and a sense of hope when I was feeling overwhelmed. His attentiveness and dedication went above and beyond what I could have expected, making sure my dog was comfortable and thoroughly cared for. The staff’s warmth and gentleness were also a great comfort. One of the team members even helped me carry my dog to the car, as he was very weak and I had my child with me, showing a level of empathy that I will always remember. I am deeply grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for both my dog and our family. If you're looking for a veterinary team that treats you like family and provides exceptional service, I highly recommend the Veterinary Emergency Group.

A huge thank you to the Veterinary Emergency Group Chelsea – you are all heroes! Your care for Finnegan over these past few days has been exceptional, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team. I was excited to visit New York for the first time to attend NYCC, flying in from Washington with my service dog, Finnegan. However, upon landing, I noticed that Finnegan wasn’t his usual chipper self. He seemed lethargic, was vomiting, had diarrhea, and was refusing food and water. Unfamiliar with the city, I quickly searched for an emergency vet with the best reviews within walking distance of my hotel. I found a clinic about a 25-minute walk away and rushed Finnegan there. He was seen by a vet right away. At first, they suspected an intestinal issue or a blockage. They ran blood tests and took X-rays, and recommended he stay overnight for monitoring in case his condition worsened. I’m glad I made the decision for him to stay because things took a turn for the worse. Another doctor on the team decided to test for parvo, and despite being a fully vaccinated 8-month-old pup, Finnegan tested positive. To be certain, they ran the test two more times, and each came back positive. The team immediately adjusted his treatment plan to follow the latest protocols for battling this deadly virus. Every day was a struggle, but they never gave up. On the third day of Finnegan’s hospitalization, I was supposed to fly back home. The team was concerned about his condition during the flight and advised me to delay my departure by one more day. I rearranged my plans to give him the best chance at recovery. I’m so glad I did. By day four, Finnegan had improved significantly, and by the evening, he was well enough to be discharged. We finally flew home the next day. Now that we’re back, Finnegan is continuing to recover. He’s alive today because of the dedicated team who treated him. I am so grateful for their care and support. Thank you! Doctors: Dr. Hauser, Dr. Halvorson, Dr. Friedman, Dr. Green, and Dr. Hsu Assistant Team: Emily, Ryan, Lucia, Jaileen, Tomer, Nathaniel, and Genesis Nursing Team: Caroline, Era, Lyndon, and Marquis Thank you all for everything you’ve done for Finnegan. We are forever grateful. ❤️❤️
