I brought my cat in late last night and received the best care at Veterinary Emergency Group. They brought us back for triage immediately, and thankfully she was stable, so the urgent cases were taken care of first (as they should be!). While we waited, they brought us somewhere more quiet since a barking dog was stressing my baby out. People were constantly checking on us to make sure we didn't need anything, and they even had a nice little area with comfort foods, a coffee maker, tea etc. while you wait. Everyone was so kind a reassuring, and the vet was great when she came to see us. I really appreciated that I was able to be right there with my baby the whole time and didn't have to wait somewhere while they took her away. Even though it thankfully didn't end up being a serious injury, they were reassuring that we did the right thing having her checked and validated how scary it felt not knowing. Of course I hope not to need to come back here, but if any of my pets have emergencies in the future, we will definitely be coming here for help.

We absolutely loved how the vet ms Evan’s n the other staff treated our cooper ( the basset hound) they gave our dramatic little man the best care. If we had the choice they specifically would be his permanent veterinary team. He is home and happy. Thank you. Most definitely will be sending some goodies for the night staff

At 3:30 am on a Saturday we found our dog Severely ill. She was dealing with intense gastrointestinal issues and we rushed her to this location. They took her in right away and were extremely kind. They concluded she needed to be held overnight, BUT had accommodations for me to stay with my dog! I was able to sleep there and be there with her while they treated her condition. Her condition didn't improve right away and I actually spent 2 nights and 3 days there with her. My partner would also come during the day and we would all be together. During my stay and her treatment the vet techs and doctors were seriously the best. They were so sweet and caring towards my pup and me. Like any doctors, they would get busy but you have to know that happens sometimes. I was so sad and scared but each vet tech took great care of us, comforting me and asking If I needed anything like tea or water. My pup would notice when I left the room and there were times I wanted to grab some dinner, the vet techs would comfort her until I returned. I am extremely grateful for all of them for saving my dog's life. I will never forget their care and attention to detail when it came to her. She is now back home with us finishing treatment and we are so happy to have her. Highly recommend :)
