During a stressful and unexpected medical emergency with our beloved dog, Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) proved to be an invaluable resource. From the moment we walked through their doors, we were met with compassion and efficiency. Jamie at the front desk was immediately reassuring and helpful. The entire team demonstrated a deep respect for both us and our anxious pet. The medical team, including the knowledgeable Dr. Madison Bober and the attentive nurse Sue, took the time to thoroughly explain the nature of our dog's condition. Dr. Bober clearly outlined the proposed medical procedure, answering all of our questions with patience and expertise, while Nurse Sue provided compassionate support. We also greatly appreciated the assistance of CeC Imani, who was so helpful during the process. And we were thankful for the upfront and transparent pricing, which allowed us to focus on our dog's well-being without the added worry of unexpected costs. Furthermore, the detailed explanation of the aftercare protocol was incredibly helpful. We left feeling well-informed and confident in our ability to provide the necessary support and recovery care at home. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Veterinary Emergency Group highly enough. If your pet ever requires urgent or emergency veterinary care, VEG, with their dedicated team including Dr. Madison Bober, Nurse Sue, CeC Imani, and Jamie, is a place where you can expect not only expert medical attention but also genuine care and clear communication throughout the entire process.

We took our dog penny here late into the night due to her leg pain. We ended up finding out she likely has a torn ligament and will need surgery. Our dog hates the vet so much and was not at all cooperative to getting shots to sedate her for the X-rays. The team at VEG was so understanding and accommodating despite her freaking out. She was a tough cookie to deal with, but Dr. Bogart and her team handled her with ease. Our poor dog was scared to death but they were so sweet and kind to her, helped settle her down and ultimately we were able to get the X-rays we needed. I wish we could go to them for the surgery she needs, but we will definitely be back for any emergency needs. I cannot recommend them more highly! Do not hesitate to bring your pet here, the team is lovely ❤️

I brought my puppy in last month for vomiting blood and diarrhea. After imaging it showed he ate a diaper and needed to have surgery. I was at a lost I could afford to pay for my little puppers surgery and I tried everything to come up with the money and it wasn’t enough. The hospital helped me with the cost to save my pups life. After surgery I called them several times with in those first few days and each time they were patient with me and empathized with me. They treated my baby as their own. I am go grateful for them.
