Truly Compassionate Care Thank You, VEG!!!! After a heartbreaking experience at another emergency vet, we brought our sweet boy to VEG and the difference was night and day. From the moment we called, they were ready for us. When we arrived, they took us in immediately and the doctor came out to personally greet us, listen to everything we had gone through, and reassure us that our sweet boy was in good hands. They wasted no time getting to work. The amazing vet tech stayed by our side the entire time (I’m so sad we don’t remember her name but she has red curly hair & a Great Pyrenees she told us about) she was so knowledgeable and kind, bringing our boy a soft bed and fresh water, making sure he was as comfortable as possible. We were able to stay with him through it all, and that meant the world to us. They ran X-rays, an ultrasound, bloodwork just everything he needed. They explained every single step along the way with patience and clarity. We never felt rushed or dismissed. Instead, we felt seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. The facility is beautiful, open, and calm and you can tell they’ve designed it to keep pets from feeling scared or alone. What touched us most was how every staff member went above and beyond not only for our boy, but for us too. They treated him like he was their own, and they never gave up trying to find out what was wrong. After everything we had just gone through, VEG gave us something we desperately needed: hope, compassion, and real care. We are forever grateful to this team for loving our sweet boy like we do.

These guys were absolutely amazing, my cat was having some complications while giving birth, over the phone they were able to tell me if I should bring her in and walked me through everything when I was there. They made sure me and my pet were comfortable and did an emergency C-Section managing to help the mom and save the kitten! If I could give these guys more credit I would, words can’t explain how grateful I am for their professionalism, patience, and comprehensiveness.
