A three weeks ago, our beloved 16 year old dog, Bebe, had a sudden medical emergency, she became unresponsive and completely froze. We rushed her to Veterinary Emergency Group, where we were immediately brought into their advanced treatment facility. Dr. Brittany Solomon and her team acted swiftly and professionally. Bebe’s heart rate was dangerously high, and Dr. Solomon tried multiple approaches to identify the cause. With her expertise, she quickly diagnosed the issue and administered the necessary treatment, bringing Bebe’s heart rate back to normal. Throughout the process, she was not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. She took the time to explain everything to us, addressed our concerns, and made sure we were comfortable with the treatment plan. We were also amazed that we could stay inside the treatment room with Bebe throughout the entire process. Being able to see what was happening and how they provided treatment gave us so much comfort and confidence. Their open-concept and pet-friendly approach truly set them apart, making us feel at ease while ensuring Bebe received the best possible care. We are beyond grateful for Dr. Solomon and her dedicated team. Their exceptional care and professionalism truly made a difference in Bebe’s recovery. 5 stars are not enough! I have never had such a positive vet experience. I brought in my cat, Willie, with potential urinary tract blockage. We were seen immediately. They carefully performed an exam and suggested for him to get a urinary catheter and hospitalized there. They explained everything regarding his procedure and all of the charges on the invoice to me. During his hospitalization any time that I called I was able to quickly get an update on him from either the nurses or the doctors. He is now back home and recovering. Every single person working here is fantastic. Dr. Wickham, Dr. Lin, Dr. Rivera, Dr. Lee, and all of the nurses (unfortunately, I have been very stressed and forgot their names). You can tell they do love the animals and care about them (and not like many other practices want to extract as much money as possible from you). I have no words for how grateful we are for all their effort.

We took our bunny to VEG on Dec 31st at noon as we suspected he developed GI stasis. He was taken to the room and examined under a few minutes. The staff did a very thorough exam and communicated the plan of care to us clearly. We did an x ray which confirmed GI stasis. Our bunny stayed in the emergency for around 6-7 hours for IV fluids, pain meds and close monitoring. Thankfully his second x ray showed improvement, and he started eating and pooping by 7 pm. The staff went above and beyond and provided exceptional care. VEG saved his life. We are so grateful to these amazing professionals working there. I would recommend this ER to any pet owner. They really do care about each pet and provide an exceptional care (which was observed by us while we were there). Not only they care about their patients but also the families. They even offered us to stay overnight in the room where the couch can be unfolded, on many occasions they offered us water/drinks. They were very understanding and eager to provide an update when we called. Every time we go there we feel very confident and safe and know that we will be helped. Bravo!
