I can’t thank the staff enough for their kindness and compassion. From the moment we arrived, they supported me and showed such genuine care for my sweet pup, Peachy Dr. Molly Verder, Dr. Helen, and Dr. Spencer were especially incredible — their warmth and empathy helped me through one of the hardest moments of my life. Peachy was hit by a car, and I was completely heartbroken and in shock. They not only took amazing care of her, but they also allowed me to stay overnight and even set up a bed for me in a separate room. Thanks to them, my baby is alive today. I am beyond grateful for everything they did. Truly lifesaving care with a human touch. 💖

This is the best emergency vet hospital I have ever been to. All the employees are super nice and friendly. They want to make sure you’re comfortable, as soon as I was checked in, they put me in a room with nice couches and where I could sit with my pet while they were taking care of her. I also had to charge my phone, it was on red battery life, but I didn’t have the right charger on me so they gave me a charger that I could use while I waited. They actually have a drawer of charging stuff! But beyond that, the veterinary medical care was excellent. My cat ate some faux feather toy with string and my regular vet didn’t have the time to squeeze her in so they referred me to a different emergency center much farther away from me. So I went to VEG instead because I live so close to them and basically I was curious… I’ve seen their large lettered sign every time I go to Lowe’s and I would wonder, VEG? What is that? LOL! Well, I am so glad I checked them out! My cat was able to throw up the feather and string with medication they gave. It was so quick and relatively easy. And I have been to the ER for different pets over the years. I will be treating this hospital as my go to ER Vet from now on. Shout out to Diane who shared her own cat stories with me and encouraged me throughout the visit. Thank you VEG!

I can’t say more than enough good things about this place. When my 13yo cat was lethargic, not eating and not himself I took him to an urgent care vet that said he needed to be hospitalized at a 24 hour vet. I was so scared because all of my other past experiences with a 24 hour vets have been incredibly traumatic. I took him to VEG and the team there was absolutely incredible. They kept him for 48 hours and made me feel so much better about what was happening. I love the transparency and that you can go and visit with your pet. My cat Nimbus is finally eating, even licking his bowl clean and acting more like himself. I will definitely be using them again when I’m in need of an emergency vet.
