We are so grateful to have this wonderful practice here in Snellville. They took wonderful care of our Willow when we needed them most. Dr. Ellis was right there immediately along with her talented Technicians Susie, Jada, and Kara. They tended to our furbaby with professionalism and emergency care which put us at ease. Our regular veterinary practice is not open on weekends so it was a blessing to have them here. The hospital is clean, the staff are attentive, and they are very skilled at what they do. Kristy the receptionist was awesome as well, and very empathetic. I want to thank them all for everything they did for us and our Willow. 10/10 care for your pet, the staff here is really kind. They truly listen to you and offer a lot of support to the owner and for your pet they make it the most comfortable experience. I really like how it’s an “open” concept, you’re able to be with your pet throughout their entire exam and procedures.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredible. They saw how urgent the situation was and helped us right away. Every step of the way, they explained what was happening with care and clarity, which made such a difference during a very overwhelming time. Even though my dog sadly passed away, I am so grateful for the compassion and professionalism they showed us. They treated my dog with dignity and made sure I felt supported through it all. I can’t thank them enough for the kindness they showed during such a heartbreaking moment. It meant the world to me.
