Top notch staff and facility!! As soon as we walked in with our injured dog, the staff welcomed us and put us at ease. After we provided some information, Dr. Ramirez and Veterinary Tech Alex were on the case right away. They were knowledgeable, compassionate and professional, and kept us informed of what was happening at every step. The unique open floor plan allowed us to be there during a procedure where our dog was sedated and given stitches. The whole team chipped in which was amazing to watch. Everyone was so friendly and had a great sense of humor. Many thanks to everyone at VEG Flower Mound -- y'all turned a difficult situation into a great experience!!

My dog had a sudden change in her right eye around midnight, going completely white. I immediately looked up vet ERs and came across this center. When I called, I explained the situation and they highly suggested bringing her in, so they sent over the check-in form and as soon as we arrived we were taken care of. Dr. Ramirez, Nurse Claire, and Nurse Kaila were amazing, I immediately felt at ease knowing my dog was in great hands. Even though it was very late in the day in to 2am, it didn’t slow them down or impact their care. They were communicative throughout the entire process, transparent in their care/treatment suggestions, and most important, they made my dog feel comfortable. We saw a couple other dogs in care, and we could sense how much all team members care for these dogs like their own. If I ever have a need for emergency services again, I will be going here.

Highest quality of care around! All staff were professional, compassionate and made sure myself and my dog were as comfortable as possible throughout the whole process. The doctor explained tests, procedures and results and always checked for understanding and possible questions. It was obvious how much each staff member knew their job and cared about their work and patients/family. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them if ever needed again. I can’t say enough about VEG and their staff!
