WOW they were awesome. If you need help for your pet in an emergency this is the place to go. 100% recommend. The nurse helped me get my 65 pd pit in after he had a seizure in the car. She called for triage and four others came. They hooked him up to an IV, blood pressure and pulse. The Dr was asking me questions in a way that was calming me down. Getting him stable was the first concern. They went over all my options and took their time explaining everything. They kept me upto date over night and into the next day. Transfered the records to my primary vet and called in prescription without any fuss. I want to be treated with such care and compassion should I ever need an ER.

I recently had multiple encounters with VEG- an initial encounter at midnight and a follow-up the next day. From both interactions, I was very impressed by the commitment, dedication, and friendliness of the entire staff. I met so many workers here who were wonderful with my kitten and who helped keep me and my family comfortable while they tested and treated our little buddy. I want to shout out Dr. Dennis, who took the time to sit and talk me through our shared concerns, and who helped me come to a treatment decision that I am very grateful I made. She was very realistic in presenting the pros and cons of different options. Dr. Dennis made me feel seen and heard, and I felt very included in the treatment plan. Her knowledge and expertise is evident and I overall loved working with her. I also wanted to shout out Deana who was so friendly and genuinely kind to me and my pet. Deana went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable while my cat received treatment. She was so good with my cat! If you take your pet here, know that the entire team of VEG is dedicated to working with you and prioritizing the wellbeing of your pet; they are trustworthy and committed to excellence.

Everyone was amazing there. I interacted with multiple people but my vet and tech were Dr. Alain’s and Alyssa and they were amazing! Everything went very smooth and there was great communication the whole time. I thought the pricing was pretty fair for it being an emergency vet. I wasn’t shocked by the price when we were going over the treatment plan. I have multiple animals so I’m sure an emergency will show up again and I’ll definitely take them here!
