This was by far. The best experience I have ever had at an animal hospital. The team of professionals went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my dog had the best care and it was evident that they really care about all of the sick animals that come into this place. Huge shout out to Dr. Adams, Amanda. Karla, and Rachel. I highly recommend this hospital for any ill pet. God bless you all.

This is a completely open emergency vet. You are greeted at the door upon entry, given a table or a room, and everything is done with your pet with you. You have full consent over all things being done to your pet, and you are not pressured at all financially. Every single person who works at this clinic is here to help you and I felt completely at home at this clinic. I have worked at a clinic previously and unfortunately I had a bad experience, but I would devote my life to working at a emergency clinic with this amazing team. My cat came in due to vomiting blood and lethargy. With a moderate weight (due to it not be super urgent) we were greeted by the doctor who calmly talked with us about the process along with the estimate for the tests and procedures. We agreed on a plan, and went from there. Through the entire time we were told what was happening and we shifted the plan as needed with full consent from me and my husband. I couldn't give enough gold stars to the doctor and the nurses. Thank you for saving the lives of all these animals and giving respect to the people who walk through your door.

We appreciate your calm demeanor and all of the detailed advice and help during our stay! I also love when I called the Dr prior to coming in, they were so quick to give you advice as much as they can over the phone, which is truly helpful when you are worried about your animal. My dog instantly loved the crew and felt safe around them, which made me feel really comfortable and safe as well.
