I just wanted to say thank you so much to the Interbay VEG team, special kudos to the staff on the morning of March 16th and Dr. Nee. They were so gracious and kind to me as I was having my last moments with my precious baby girl Cas. They made sure to keep her as comfortable as possible and there were so supportive and comforting to me as well. Cas was my first pup and she lived a good 15 years and though it is so extremely hard to say goodbye, I will forever be thankful that your team made it a bit easier. Thank you again so much Dr. Nee.

My sister and myself cannot be more thankful to the staff at VEG. My sister and I coparented our cat Freya together, and unfortunately, she passed away at VEG due to sudden illness. The staff and veterinarians at VEG were very kind and friendly to us in explaining our options. They helped us to know what our options were and what would be in the best interests of our poor baby kitty. The clinic is an open floor plan so you can see your pet and see where your pet is and sit by them, etc. The veterinarians and vet techs are also very easily accessible. The office manager and staff were so kind to us in helping us handle financing arrangements and end of life care. They were very sensitive and delicate with us and our situation. They are expensive, but in my experience, all emergency vet clinics are expensive. If you are considering using VEG, I can’t recommend them enough. I know they will take good care of you and your pets! Thank you, VEG, for being there for us through a rough time!

Pro tip: Avoid the Chipotle next door unless you want food poisoning VEG took amazing care of my dog. It wasn't cheap but they gave her two blood transfusions and a major abdominal surgery to stop internal bleeding. Also a pre-surgery shoulder rub (see photo) which she quite enjoyed. You can watch your pet surgery if you want which is pretty cool!
