Our cat wasn’t feeling well and this location was recommended by our vet. My partner and I were both so happy that we brought our cat here. The care we received was incredible. They did thorough testing and provided clear communication of the treatment plan. We were able to catch some health issues early and get proper treatment ASAP. As it’s open 24/7 and provides no restriction on visitation, we were able to visit our cat during his hospitalization and receive continuous updates on his condition. The treatment was expensive, but within what would be expected of emergency pet care. There are also options for billing your pet’s insurance if you have any. The staff here was nothing short of exceptional. They comforted my girlfriend and I and made sure our cat felt loved throughout his treatment. Many thanks to the team at VEG!

Our male cat, Pistachio, got into a lily, and we rushed him to VEG. Dr. Jones and her team were informative, compassionate, and caring in their approach, even while my partner and I were completely distraught. Thank you Blake, Alex, Shannon, Anna, Cynthia and everyone else who helped ❣️ They did everything they could to create a treatment plan that would save our pet’s life without draining our bank account. Explaining every step along the way. Pistachio stayed for 48 hours under their care and their 24/7 open-door policy was incredible. It allowed us to stay with our baby whenever we wanted. Throughout our time there, the team was consistently kind, attentive, and always asked if there was anything we needed. While I was there, I saw so many other patients come and go, and it was clear how hard these vets work to make sure every pet receives the treatment and attention they deserve. I am forever grateful for the incredible work they did for Pistachio. Thanks to them, we were able to bring our healthy, happy boy back home.

1 year and 1 month ago my Lulu passed away. We brought him to VEG because he wasn’t eating or walking and he had no desire to get up off his bed. Months prior he was vomiting everything he ate. He had become very thin and had lost about half his body weight. My experience at VEG was great. The vets and vet staff were very helpful, friendly and most importantly compassionate. The vets and nurses informed me about Lulu’s condition and what I could do for him. Seeing that his condition was deteriorating, I chose the difficult option of euthanasia. Thankfully the vet walked me through the process of what it would be like for Lulu. Before Lulu was euthanized, the vet gave me as much time as I needed to stay by Lulu’s side before saying goodbye. I was given the option of a private cremation and received his ashes on time and with a beautiful memorial for Lulu. Thanks to VEG for getting me through that tough decision. I miss Lulu everyday.
