I unfortunately have had to visit VEG 2 times in the last week for 2 different pets. Both times have been such amazing experiences! I work in the vet field, and can honestly say that from a professional side and a customer side, this place is top notch! Martin and Heather were amazing!! My Pup ingested a month’s worth of his chewable blood pressure medication that accidentally fell onto the floor. After stabilizing him at our home vet, I was told he would need to be transferred to a 24 hour clinic for observation. None of the clinics in my area would allow me to stay with him for the night. So we drove 1.5 hours to VEG. I am SO glad that we did! The staff were top notch and compassionate. I was allowed to sleep on a pull out couch with my dog by my side the entire time night while he received the treatment that he needed. The staff provided me with food and water! What an amazing experience and I wish that all pet hospitals implemented this business practice. Not only was my anxiety at ease, but I know my dog had a better outcome with his human at his side. Thank you, VEG!

VEG helped save our sweet puppy dog. The folks here are kind, patient, and very understanding when it comes to stress and emotions during emergency care for your pet. I will say they are very pricey, however the peace of mind I got from getting to sleep in a private room with my dog made it all worth it. Extremely grateful for this great group of humans - especially Martin and Alice who gave extra special attention to Alpine.
