My dog got into the trash on Easter Sunday and ate chicken bones (among other things). In a panic I took him to Urgent Vet that was able to confirm he ate bones but was not comfortable inducing vomit and referred me to this hospital in case it would require scoping. The wonderful vets here had a full staff on a holiday and made this a stress free experience. They felt comfortable to induce vomiting and took X-rays to confirm everything was taken out. They were very clear and confident through the entire process taking very good care of my beloved pet. I highly recommend this place for any emergency as I saw their operation first hand including treatment of other pets. My dog is now home safe with me and I would like to express my upmost gratitude towards everyone that helped.

I called a different 24 hour vet before i called VEG and the receptionist that answered the phone sounded annoyed that i called. So i immediately knew I wasn’t taking my dog there. The only other office open when I needed care was VEG and I’m so happy i found them. My 13 year old dog started peeing blood early in the morning and Savannah sent me a check in link immediately upon calling. The second we walked in she brought us back, we were greeted by any visible staff and put in a room immediately. The tech (who’s name i cannot remember) took my dogs vitals and let us know the doctor would be in shortly. The doctor (Dr. Juan N.) was in our room in seconds. He examined her, talked us through his thoughts and brought us a very clear cost breakdown of the treatment plan he was recommending we were able to adjust it in smaller steps to not face a larger bill if not necessary and we felt absolutely zero pressure or guilt for doing that. They took samples from my dog and were SO comforting to her while they were. The longest we waited was for those results and it was still under 30 minutes. We were lucky enough to receive answers and a plan immediately. I 100% cannot recommend this office enough. A few other things worth mentioning… They have a little art station for kids and an amazing coffee/snack bar. The entire facility was spotless as well. They also let me know they would forward everything to my primary vet, saving me a step! Thank you so much for making something that started out terrifying for us, extremely comfortable!!

My cat had an emergency after my normal vet's hours and they recommended I take him here. The staff was amazing and despite having a very rough night having to let my old boy cross the rainbow bridge, it was handled with incredible care and grace. They were timely, thorough with his diagnosis, very helpful in helping me make the best choice for my cat's quality of life, and sympathetic with my highly emotional state. I'm not sure when I'll get another pet, but these wonderful people made a customer for life. Thank you to the VEG staff and RIP to my sweet boy, Alexander ♥️
