Twice now I've had to visit these amazing animal doctors. 5 stars isn't enough. Truly....truly...amazing, kind, knowledgeable, caring, and loving. They loved our dogs like they were family. This is where you go when you are having a pet crisis. A room to sit in with my pup while they cared for him and monitored him. It was as comfortable as my couch at home.

Steve, my 5 year old frenchie, needed an ultrasound because we thought he had an intestinal blockage and a friend said we should give VEG a try. So thankful we did! All of the staff introduced themselves, sat on the floor with Steve, making sure he was comfortable and I loved that I was with him the whole time we were there, I never left his side! I have already recommended VEG to others and will definitely go there for any emergencies in the future.

My little Bear was hit by a car on Wednesday and you can only imagine how I was feeling. But I had such a pleasant experience from the moment I called Veg Cincinnati to me opening the front door to the facility. Staff were super attentive and very helpful not only to me but more importantly Bear. I really liked that everything was open concept. I could see, ask questions and comfort my pet during his care. They offered us water, snacks, and a private room during our stay. With it being 24hrs I was able to come back later that night to see Bear. Everything was just so great. I can’t really remember everyone’s name so my apologies if I miss anyone but Hannah, Megan, Courtney, Trisha(I believe), Dr Lavigne, Dr R, Dr Williams and the team from New York who were in training are amazing. Such a scary moment turned into a good lifetime memory. Thanks for being so gentle and loving to our little Bear. You all felt like family more than just strangers.
