They took care of my fourteen year old daughter’s pet rat and treated us so compassionately when we really thought our Olive might not pull through. In the end, we think our beloved rat will make it after all. But when we were not sure they were so kind to my daughter especially, who was heartbroken.

There’s nothing that could’ve been better. Dr. Schwartz and her staff are absolutely amazing!! They talked me through everything, explained everything and even helped me save money! At the end of our visit, Dr. Schwartz even took the time to answer my questions that didn’t have anything to do with why we were there. She is hands down the best veterinarian I’ve ever been to and I desperately wish that she provided routine and regular veterinary services. I absolutely will be coming back if I ever (hopefully not though) need an ER for my baby again. All of the staff were very attentive and helped me calm down and feel better. They even offered snacks and drinks. I had to use the restroom while there, and I was so appreciative of their thoughtfulness. They had toothbrushes and toothpaste for people that are there for a while! I really loved that. :)

We just had them see our ferret who is 6 1/2 years old. They were kind and compassionate and handled the situation with professionalism and care. We were worried that being an emergency vet that they might not be affordable but they were and I felt we got the right care for our pet. Thank you.
