I am so impressed by my visit and grateful for the team. Every single member of the staff - vet techs, doctor, receptionist - was so pleasant and helpful. Also, everyone was calm which helped moderate my puppy's energy because he loves people and matches their excitement. Dr. Farren Billand really took her time with us and explained everything in detail and clearly. I did not feel rushed. One of the biggest green flags I noticed is that after careful consideration, I decided to opt out of certain tests and felt zero judgement from the doctor, where I feel like judgement regarding this is common. Also, her progress notes are *chef's kiss*. The group is very on top of it, immediately sending his medical summary to our family vet. It seems like a positive work environment there. Thank you so much Veterinary Emergency Group, Dr. Farren Billand, and team for taking care of my puppy Maverick!

i have never experienced a vet like this. this was my first time going to a vet ER and was expecting it to be worse than just normal visits. My dog Pancake ingested a THC chocolate. As soon as I found out and saw his symptoms, I called. I was immediately put on the phone with a doctor who referred me to pet poison control to see if the dose was lethal. We ended up coming in around 5am this morning, we checked in online and were immediately seen. He was assessed and we were given an itemized bill prior to them completing the procedures. We could not afford the total price of treatment (about $650 total, theres a flat rate fee of $205). We expressed this to Dr. Miranda, she asked for our budget and she was able to administer the full treatment for about $200 off. I forgot our main nurse’s name (she’s a redhead), but she was amazing and friendly through a scary experience. She offered us coffee from their personal/staff machine because their main coffee machine was broken, and thanked us for our patience because they were understaffed. I could tell that Pancake’s anxiety lessened significantly after interacting with her, and it put me at ease as well. If he ever has another emergency experience, I will come back here without hesitation. He’s doing better already just a few hours later!

We are incredibly grateful for the care Doc received at VEG LP! From the moment we called, we spoke to a doctor within a minute who advised us to bring him in. Upon arrival, the staff greeted us and immediately began intensive care, providing constant updates. Dr. Kruzova, Dr. Schanks, and Dr. Billand were exceptionally compassionate and professional, making us feel supported throughout the process. They kept us informed about Doc's condition and procedures, and every doctor, nurse, tech, and support staff made us feel welcome to stay by his side for the full 36 hours. Their diligent efforts and expertise saved Doc's life, and we can't thank them enough for their outstanding care!
