In saying a few words about "Team VEG" one word would do.. EXCELLENCE. Quite literally from the moment you walk in the front door their number one concern is for your furry, feathered, scaly, or shelled, Family member. Having been a part of the Veterinarian Emergency field myself for 15 years, I have never seen this amount of care and compassion provided to the Parent(s) and the Patient(s) seen within their modern, top of the line, state of the art, facilities. In the emotional times a Pet Parent whose Family member requires their services, rest assured that this is the ONLY Veterinary Hospital in Charleston, in South Carolina, and beyond that will ever see my "Preferred Family Members" because they treat ALL of you and your needs with care, compassion, and sincerity that you won't find anywhere else in the Lowcountry.

A little over a week ago, we had to make a very difficult decision to say goodbye to our beloved dog of 12 years. We couldn’t have done it without the wonderful staff at VEG. Their compassion and caring and time that they took with us to walk us through the process and explain everything gave us such comfort during a very difficult time. This is Chloe, she was Naughty and needed to visit the Vet. We were pretty nervous and our new friends at VEG, were absolutely amazing. The took care of our baby and went so far above and beyond to make her better, and to make us feel comfortable. She’s a very nervous pup, who hates the Vet, and we’ve never seen her so at ease with strangers poking her. I’m so thankful the team at VEG is here 24/7 for our furry family members. I hope we never do, but, If ever we have another emergency, my mind is at ease that this great organization is part of our community.
