Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) and Veg Cares are raising money to support our community's pets in need.

What is VEG Cares?

VEG Cares is our non-profit veterinary charity organization that works with the Veterinary Care Foundation to help underserved pets in our community. Every donation we collect goes directly to:

  • The pets of families in dire financial straits
  • Pets requiring urgent, life-saving care
  • Pets without a family
  • Local animal rescue organizations
  • Pets affected by natural disasters

Learn More About VEG

Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) partners with general veterinarians to provide after-hours emergency care. We do emergency differently — and better. With VEG, you can always speak directly to a licensed emergency veterinarian. And we allow you to stay with your pet throughout their treatment for their comfort and your peace of mind.

We hope you don't need us anytime soon, but if you do, we're here for you nights, weekends, and holidays.

We’re proud and humbled to have 12 VEG locations available to serve you:

  • Union, New Jersey
  • Clifton, New Jersey
  • Nanuet, New York
  • Hoboken, New Jersey
  • Upper East Side, New York
  • South Brooklyn, New York
  • White Plains, New York
  • Carle Place, New York
  • Commack, New York
  • Newton, Massachusetts
  • Tampa, Florida
  • Boynton Beach, Florida

You’re cordially invited to join us in celebrating VEG Cares, our non-profit veterinary charity organization.

Thursday, February 13th, 4-8pm

201 Tarrytown Rd., White Plains, NY

The event is open to your two-legged and four-legged family members, and will include food, drinks, entertainment, and different raffles (so you could win big)! We’re also excited to have the 102.7FM street team and Karen Carson serving as our emcee for the evening.

We hope to see you and your pets at our new flagship location to support the VEG Cares mission, and help us raise much-needed funds for pets in need. This endeavor wouldn’t be possible without you.

From 6pm of February 13th until 8am of February 14th, 100% of the proceeds from our White Plains Hospital will be donated to the cause.
